An overview of the cause behind establishment of IDRO would reveal that one of the core strategies is “preparation and training of management staff” at world-class for industrial units, which has been pursued for many years so far. IDRO has been devising its operational programs through several measures such as promoting and strengthening a scientific attitude, enhancing the capabilities of current managers and building on new professional skills. Furthermore, IDRO holds and supports various international conferences on management issues so as to promote the science of management. As one of the agencies affiliated to IDRO, the Industrial Management Organization has been in charge of developing management practices through the following tasks:
Assisting public and privately-owned organizations so as to improve the management systems and procedures
Enhancing efficiency through appropriate educational programs
Assisting managers and policy-makers in finding out the deficiencies and loopholes in implementation of projects through consultation and research into management areas
Offering educational courses on strategic management at undergraduate, graduate and professional doctorate levels through open and long-term training courses in collaboration with Nice and Bordeaux Universities
