Rehabilitating and monetizing of capacities requires the utilization of available capacities, enhancing efficiency of production factors, improvement of quality and ultimately increasing the competitive edge. IDRO has been pursuing this mission through implementing several corporate-run projects as follow:
Reconstruction of Yasouj Sugar Co. (Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad)
Initiating its production line in 1967, this plant has been renovated for one year through the designing, engineering technical experts of IDRO’s subsidiaries, entirely realizing its goals such as expanding the raw sugar refining capacity from 300 tons to 450 tons, launching an inactive beets unit, expanding the beets supply capacity from 800 tons to 1200 tons, expanding the beet-extracted white sugar production capacity from 95 tons to 170 tons per day, increasing the extraction coefficient from 80% to 85%, reduction of steam consumption from 11.5 tons to 4.5 tons per one ton of sugar, reducing specific energy consumption (SEC) from 38 GJ to 20 GJ per one ton of sugar.
Supplemental reconstruction of Haft Tapeh Sugarcane Agro-Industry (Ahvaz in Khuzestan province)
