Fourth Industrial Revolution Needs Capable Managers

TEHRAN – If Iran does not make a timely decision on adopting new emerging technologies, it will definitely fall behind the world.
Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mr. Mansour Moazami said that the country needs capable and risk-taking managers in order to step into the fourth industrial revolution.
Addressing the 13th Human Resource Development Conference in Tehran, Moazami said that the world is moving fast and if the country does not make a timely decision to enter the new emerge technologies, it will fall behind in the race.
He went on to say that lack of incentive among the staff has been one of the major problems of the managers in recent years. Moazami went on to say that low salary and ignoring the efficiency and efficient people are of the major problems for the managers.
He said in an atmosphere where the lack of motivation is dominating, the country needs risk-taking managers in order to take risky decision when it is needed.
He admitted that the spirit of conservatism among the managers will be injected to the bodies of the offices.
