Chairman of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) says the organization has taken measures to adjust its programs with the slogan of the year for surge in production.IDRO’s Undecuple Approach for Surge in ProductionIn meeting with managers of IDRO, Mohammad Baqer Aali pointed to naming of the year by Supreme Leader as year of production leap as well as Industry Minister’s order for adjusting programs of the organization in line with surge in production, adding that the organization has taken measures to review its plans and to adjust them with the slogan of the year based on its achievements in the pick-up in production which was the slogan of last year. He noted that the organization’s moves are based on converging the activities and programs of its affiliated companies, boosting productivity, expansion of share of the market and products and businesses, completing unfinished projects, producing production to replace imported goods and investment in the knowledge-based products field. Aali continued to say that the macro approaches of the organization for materializing surge in production are to develop domestic production capability, presenting package for renovating the industries, supporting the knowledge-based companies, guiding undercover companies with an objective to push for surge in production and accelerating the unfinished projects. He also pointed to the role of IDRO as a developmental body for completing the production chain in the target industries from raw material to the end products domestically, and production of products to replace the imported items. Aali noted that boosting productivity in production and diversification of tools for financing, helping export-oriented production units and diversification in production are of major approaches of the organization.​
