Implementing Global Models of Digital Excellences in Enterprises
Deputy Industry Minister and Head of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) says the organization is to implement the latest global models of digital excellences in the domestic enterprises by the yearend via the Industrial Management Institute, and evaluation of organizational excellence of the enterprises in the country will be based on the latest global methodology.
Addressing the 17th Excellence Forum in Tehran, Mr. Amir Bayat pointed to the latest acceleration in digital world developments and changes in global business factors under the new technologies, emphasizing that IDRO as a leading developmental organization and in line with conforming the business environment in the country with international standards, it has put on its agenda evaluation of organizational excellence in enterprises based on the latest digital excellence model.
He further said necessities for the Coronavirus era or the post-Coronavirus era have doubled the necessities and inevitability of agility, flexibility, upgrading and innovation in the enterprises, adding that so IDRO as a supportive and back-up organization for software facilitation to help the flexibility in the enterprises and to conform it with the inside and outside environments with quality for competing globally.
Bayat pointed to almost six decades of accumulated experience and knowledge in the education and consultation in the Industrial Management Institute, and called it a national asset with a useful capacity for all enterprises to take advantage especially in the year of surge in production. During the forum, the 17th productivity and excellence Award was held and seven enterprises won organizational excellence awards.
