Iran, Austria to Set Up Joint Commercial, Industrial Working Group
Iran and Austria will set up a joint working group aimed to boost commercial, economic, and industrial cooperation. The Iranian deputy industry, mining, and trade minister will chair the working group.Following the fruitful trip of Austrian president to Tehran and signing a cooperation agreement between the two countries, a meeting was held with the participation of industry minister Ne’matzadeh and his deputies, the Iranian ambassador to Austria, the commercial attaché of Iran in Austria, directors of the Iranian foreign ministry, and a number of officials, to discuss ways to expand relations with Austria.During the meeting, it was decided to set up a joint working group for commercial and industrial cooperation and to sketch a roadmap for bilateral ties.It was also decided that considering the status of Austria in diplomatic, economic, and commercial relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran, the working group to hold regular sessions with the participation of related managers and directors, and to announce results to the public.
