Machine Sazi Tabriz to manufacture sanctioned machinery tools
The managing director of Machine Sazi Tabriz Company announced that the company will launch production lines to manufacture machinery tools which have been banned by the UN to be exported to Iran.
Speaking to IRNA news agency on the sidelines of inaugurating the production lines, Ali-Akbar Khademi Asl said that high-tech machinery, including VMC 1250, VMC 1050 and VMC 850, which can compete their foreign-made rivals and are of higher precision will be produced in the company.
He added that some 200 units of the three tools will be manufactured annually. Launching the production lines will save the country tens of million dollars, he added.
Khademi went on to say that thanks to their laser test for manufacturing parts, the machinery tools are of high precision and are highly used in different industries such as aerospace and atomic energy sectors.
The speed of the machinery tools is some 10 times of universal tools and their precision is between 1 and 5 microns, he noted.
The DNC capability, meaning the implementation of programs produced by specialized softwares such as ‘Ketiya” and ‘Power mill’, is among features of the tools, Khademi added.
These machinery tools are equipped with ATC automatic replacement systems and the control systems installed on them are capable to be connected to internet networks and updated, he said.
